Meet Valerie Lundsted
'Customer service is one of the most important parts of my job,' Valerie Lundsted says. 'The agents and clients who use my services expect the best and I do everything I can to be sure that is what they receive. I pride myself on paying attention to every little detail to ensure that each closing goes smoothly and the participants leave with a positive attitude. And I thoroughly enjoy what I do.' Valerie delights in her work for another reason, too. 'I welcome the variety that this job offers,' she says. 'There's no time to be bored because no two days are ever the same.'
